As part of our mission, we are proud to offer the Champ Prevention Drug-Free Scholarship Program, which recognizes and rewards students who demonstrate a strong commitment to living drug-free and actively promoting a substance-free lifestyle within their schools and communities.

Scholarship Overview:

The Champ Prevention Drug-Free Scholarship Program awards scholarships to deserving high school students who have embraced a drug-free lifestyle and have taken an active role in encouraging others to do the same. By sharing their personal experiences, insights, and strategies for maintaining a substance-free life, these students serve as powerful role models and inspire their peers to make healthy choices.

Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for the Champ Prevention Drug-Free Scholarship, applicants must:
• Be a current high school student in grades 9-12.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to living a drug-free lifestyle.
• Actively promote drug-free choices within their school and/or community.
• Submit a completed scholarship application form along with all required materials.
• Be enrolled in a school that partners with Champ Prevention (Champp).

Application Process:

To apply for the Champ Prevention Drug-Free Scholarship, follow these steps:
• Fill out the online scholarship application form below, providing accurate and detailed information.
• Write a personal essay (1000-2000 words) that addresses one of the following topics: a. How you have maintained a drug-free lifestyle and the positive impact it has had on your life. b. Your plans and strategies for promoting a drug-free lifestyle among your peers and in your community. c. How drug abuse has negatively affected your life or the lives of those around you, and what you have learned from these experiences.
• Provide a letter of recommendation from a teacher, counselor, or community leader who can attest to your commitment to a drug-free lifestyle and your efforts to promote positive choices.

Essay:

Please write a personal essay (1000-2000 words) addressing one of the following topics:
• How you have maintained a drug-free lifestyle and the positive impact it has had on your life.
